Enterprise Sales Manager
This is a hybrid position, 3 days a week in a co-working space in Raleigh, NC.

Why Triple Whale Needs You
Triple Whale is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Manager to build and lead our enterprise sales efforts focused on eCommerce brands with $250M+ GMV. This is not a traditional sales management rolethis leader will be central to shaping how Triple Whale enters and scales in the enterprise segment.
You will report directly to the CRO and collaborate closely with product, customer success, and technical stakeholders to ensure our offerings align with the complex needs of large-scale eCommerce brands.
This role combines team leadership, strategic influence, and direct input on the evolution of our enterprise business.
What You'll Do
- Team Leadership & Coaching
Directly manage a team of 2 SDRs and 2 AEs
Provide dotted-line leadership for 1 Technical Account Manager and 1 Strategic CSMBuild a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performanceStrategic InfluenceCollaborate with product leadership on the enterprise product roadmap
Contribute to the design of service offerings and customer journey tailored for enterprise buyersPartner with leadership on developing pricing strategy for enterprise-grade productsMarket DevelopmentDrive new logo acquisition within eCommerce brands doing $250M+ GMV
Create repeatable sales motions and playbooks for large-scale deal cyclesWhat You'll Bring
