Job description? BCBA Presence Matters – Your clinical expertise is valued, not diluted. ? Strong Support Systems – Dedicated RBT trainers, monthly LPA supervision for NC ? Insurance Powerhouse – We're in-network with all major carriers, including TRICARE, Conduct FBAs and design individualized, data-driven ABA programming Oversee treatment plans and ensure compliance with insurance mandates Supervise and mentor RBTs with ethical, effective feedback Facilitate parent training to strengthen family success Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and support 10–15 clients Collaborate with fellow supervisors to maintain high-quality services Manage your caseload schedule (we handle the RBT scheduling for you!) BCBA certification through the BACB (required) 1+ year of supervisory experience (preferred) Strong communication skills and a passion for ABA A reliable vehicle and proof of insurance Competitive pay (hourly or salary options) with incentives for exceeding contracted hours Paid time off – 2 weeks vacation + 6 paid holidays Mileage reimbursement (or rolled into salary) CEUs + 1 paid conference per year Company email & GSuite access Health insurance assistance Professional development & career growth opportunities Flexible hours and family-first policies
