This position is considered hybrid with the incumbent having to travel to the agency's headquarters at 47 Trinity Ave, SW, located in Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia and local offices throughout the state as needed.

Job Description
Pay Grade : L Under general supervision, may plan, organize or coordinate the activities of an assigned program. Reviews, monitors and ensures compliance with assigned program area's policies and procedures.
This position reports to the Supervisor in the Internal Investigations Unit. The person in this position may provide peer support to, and direct the work of, other staff within the same unit. The person in this position is responsible for internal investigations of DHS employee / contractor misconduct, to include violations of federal and state laws as well as departmental rules, regulations and policies, and investigations of allegations involving fraud, waste and abuse within the agency.
