Description
Conduct troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and other appliances.
Collaborate with Culinary and Food and Beverage managers to ensure kitchen equipment functions optimally and efficiently.
Consult with manufacturers for assistance when diagnosing complex issues or identifying specific components.
Resolve minor plumbing issues, such as unclogging drains, fixing toilets with plungers, and repairing leaking spigots and faucets.
Perform minor maintenance tasks, including fixing loose toilet seats, replacing light bulbs, and repairing holes in walls.
Ensure preventive maintenance on tools and equipment through cleaning and lubrication.
Maintain detailed daily logs of operational activities, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.
Engage with members as needed to address and resolve maintenance issues effectively.
