The successful candidate will have technical abilities centered on data analytics, process design capabilities using continuous improvement methodologies and operational excellence processes based on best practices or ITIL processes.

Additionally, the candidate must have a deep understanding and knowledge of network infrastructure and leadership. This team leader plans, directs and leads a team of associates and contractors responsible for the operation, regulatory compliance, support, quality, and implementation of technologies.

This leader will engage with vendors, technology, and network teams to influence and improve our branch network infrastructure.

This leader will bridge technical gaps with influence, coaching, and a keen understanding of network support.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate : Hiring Minimum : $106,916

Hiring Maximum : $182,047
