Roles & Responsibilities
Content Strategy + Planning
- Own and lead the development of social content calendars across Pro Standard and future client brands
- Translate brand strategy, product stories, and cultural moments into platform-specific content that connects and converts
- Stay on the pulse of emerging trends, formats, creators, and conversations — bringing ideas forward before they peak
- Collaborate with the CEO and strategy team to concept and pitch bold, social-first campaigns
Execution + Channel Ownership
Manage all day-to-day publishing across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and future channelsCraft culturally fluent copy and visual briefs that reflect the voice and energy of each brandDrive end-to-end content execution — from briefing creative to QA, scheduling, and monitoringEnsure consistency in quality, cadence, and timing across all social platformsLeverage tools like Later, Metricool, or equivalent to maintain visibility and controlPerformance Optimization + Reporting
Track and analyze content performance to unlock growth opportunitiesReport regularly on KPIs including reach, engagement, follower growth, and savesApply data-driven insights to optimize creative, timing, and content mixTest, learn, and iterate — balancing evergreen brand-building with real-time relevanceContribute to broader performance conversations to connect social output to business impactInfluencer & UGC Integration
Partner with the Influencer & Seeding Manager to brief creators, guide UGC production, and integrate talent content into the brand narrativeCurate and publish UGC with an editorial eye, ensuring alignment with campaign goalsContribute to content reporting that includes both owned and influencer-driven performanceCross-Functional Leadership
Act as the social lead across all brand and client accounts — reporting directly to the CEOManage and mentor the Influencer & Seeding Manager to ensure cohesive executionWork cross-functionally with design, brand, and experiential teams to bring campaigns to life across digital and physical channelsSupport IRL activations, shoots, and key cultural moments through real-time content capture and social amplificationQualifications
3–5 years of social media experience in-house or agency-side, ideally with lifestyle, fashion, or sports brandsDeep platform expertise (IG, TikTok, Threads) and fluency in content formats, community behavior, and platform evolutionStrong storytelling instincts with the ability to write sharp, brand-aligned captions and creative briefsProven success driving engagement, growth, and cultural relevance through contentProficient in Monday.com, Notion, Google Sheets, Metricool / Sprout Social and basic analytics toolsExceptionally organized, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple calendars and campaignsCulturally connected — you know what’s moving the needle in fashion, sport, and digital cultureBilingual (Spanish & English) preferredBonus : Familiarity with UGC programs, influencer content integration, or experiential marketing.
