Family Medicine Medical Director Responsibilities : Lead a practice of 8 physicians and 4 APPs. Schedule : 24 clinical hours, 8 administrative hours, and 8 hours for medical directorship. Call : Shared call schedule by phone : 1 in 14. Support : MA, nursing triage, clinical pharmacist, coding support. Incentives : sign-on bonus, productivity and quality bonuses, relocation assistance. Family Medicine Responsibilities : Outpatient care for all ages, including pediatrics and adolescents. Schedule : Full-time includes 32 clinical hours, 8 administrative hours; part-time options also available. Call : Shared phone call schedule : 1 in 14.
