Corporate Tax - Vice President

Vice President, Federal Tax Controversy Group

Join our Corporate Tax Department as a Vice President in the Federal Tax Controversy group. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the group by assisting with IRS audit inquiries and accounting for audit adjustments. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting IRS audits, a strong background in accounting, and familiarity with tax return preparation.

Job Responsibilities :

• Support IRS audits by ensuring timely responses to IRS Information Document Requests.
• Gather and validate data while collaborating with internal stakeholders to address IRS inquiries and audit matters.
• Serve as a primary point of contact with the IRS, maintaining professional relationships and facilitating effective communication.
• Analyze audit findings and provide recommendations to resolve issues.
• Track and account for audit adjustments and ensure accurate documentation.
