As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Total Rewards Manager for our Camfil Americas.

SUMMARY :

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Total Rewards Manager to lead the implementation and management of compensation and benefits programs across Camfil Americas. This role is critical in ensuring our total rewards offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical expertise, HR acumen, and strong stakeholder collaboration skills. This position will report directly to the Vice President of HR for Camfil.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : In addition to those listed in the Summary section above, the following are duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs :

Key Responsibilities :

• Compensation Strategy & Execution :

Design and manage base pay structures, incentive plans, and variable pay programs.

Oversee and administer all employee benefits programs, including but not limited to : health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, wellness, retirement (401(k)), and flexible spending accounts.

Conduct job evaluations, pay equity reviews, and internal audits.

Work in collaboration with Group VP of C&B.

Lead or contribute to global or regional Total Rewards initiatives, including HRIS implementations and M&A due diligence.

QUALIFICATIONS :

WORK ENVIRONMENT : This position requires frequent travel and the ability to work in various environments. The work environment will require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in each of our factories. The noise level in the work environment varies and hearing protection is required in some work areas in some of our factories.
