A company is looking for a Director - Commercial Legal.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Commercial Legal team to provide legal support for sales, partnership, and vendor contract negotiations

Empower GTM teams by upgrading commercial terms and simplifying sales contracting processes

Collaborate with various teams to automate workflows and enhance contracting efficiency

Required Qualifications

Qualified lawyer in the relevant location

Extensive experience as a commercial contracts lawyer

Previous in-house experience in similar roles

Passion for working in HR-tech or tech scale-ups

Proficiency in relevant technology and contract management systems
