- If a candidate has worked under 40 hours, they will receive a call to fulfill their 40 hours.

- Orientation will last 30 days or so
- VERY IMPORTANT candidates do not miss or call out during training. If they miss a day of something important, they will have to wait for the next orientation to make up that day.
- Orientations occur 1 time per month - NO RTO during orientation - please remind providers of this
- First week will start med certifications
- All training will occur on Day shift and will be 5 x 8's
- Candidates will be able to work on the unit during training but will not completing any patient care.
- During shadowing they will be learning the patient population, where to find things and Med Cert Training
- First week will start medication certifications
- All training will occur on Day shift and will be 5 x 8's
- CNA's and LVN's will be orientating together
- Attendance policy :
- Candidates who call out 2 times will get a warning
- Candidates who call out 3 times in a 90-day period will be terminated
- Patient ratios (if known) :

- Float Requirements :

- Is RTO Accepted? What is the Max?
- None preferred
- Candidates without RTO will be prioritized
- For all RTO, the candidate needs to give 1 months' notice in their system. There is a 5-day window each month between the 15th-20th to request RTO
- They are unable to approve anything over 8 days, this is the absolute max.
- No RTO during training will be approved
- No RTO will be pre-approved by the client, even if we submit them with RTO
- On Call Requirement : NO
- Certs : BLS
- License : ActiveLVN License
- If CA License is expired, it will need to be renewed
- If applying for CA License, please call the Senators office to expediate the application
- Candidates must be submitted with up-to-date License and BLS (If either is expired, the sub needs to state if a candidate has applied for renewal and when they would receive it)
- Experience :
- 1 year of experience in specialty required
- 2 years of experience as a LVN required
- Travel experience preferred, however not required
- Candidates calling out during holidays will be terminated
Overview : $900 weekly untaxed Stipend Facility size : 1,286 beds Scrub Color Requirement : Any color—Navy Blue or Black preferred to remain unified

Aggression level is fairly low
This patient population has the ability to walk around the facility. They have a mall and a barber shop. This is more of a therapy facility than a locked unit
They allow free roaming with specific perimeters, certain check in times with head counts.
