Blackstone is seeking a highly motivated professional to support our Private Wealth Business Development team in expanding our business support, analytics, and reporting capabilities. This role will have a variety of responsibilities and will work in close coordination across Private Wealth & Blackstone teams to :

• Support global financial analysis and planning across Private Wealth business and economic arrangements with key distributors
• Generate actionable business insights through in-depth analysis of business initiatives
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management, summarizing findings, recommendations, and potential impacts
• Assist in global strategic planning and business management routines
• Develop reporting for flagship perpetual and drawdown funds across global sales channels
• Create measurement frameworks for global initiatives with relevant KPIs
• Drive best practices around data management, including proactive efforts to ensure data integrity and quality control
• Support management of datasets and tools to enable efficient, effective and accurate reporting
• Consolidate, organize, and manage information from numerous internal and external sources
• Collaborate with technology, data and platform teams to monitor performance of data feeds and coordinate as needed resolution

Expected annual base salary range :

$125,000 - $145,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation : Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
