Executive Director, Bioanalysis
Metric Bio is partnered with a leading multinational organization who are currently looking for an Executive Director, Bioanalytical SME to join their team.
This position will serve as a Site Head and oversees strategic growth initiatives for a newer facility in central Jersey, while providing technical and project leadership for Bioanalytical projects.
This is an Executive Leadership position within a Top-5 CRO.
Qualifications :
- PhD. 15+ years industry experience.
- Experience in both Small (LC-MS), and Large (ELISA, MSD, etc) molecule bioanalysis.
- Extensive Site and Operational leadership experience. Training initiatives, continuous improvement plans, process management, P&L, growth targets, etc.
- Experience in a revenue driving, client-facing function
- Regulatory- Extensive experience in GLP environments and experience hosting FDA audits required. Additional CLIA / CAP experience preferred.
- Team Leadership experience.
