Key Responsibilities
Oversee talent management processes, ensuring clarity on performance expectations and feedback mechanisms
Support employee relations management by advising people leaders and employees on navigating issues effectively
Assess and recommend improvements for the organization's HR infrastructure and core processes
Required Qualifications
Experience in talent management and performance evaluation
Knowledge of employee relations and risk management practices
Ability to provide strategic counsel to leadership and staff
Familiarity with HR processes such as payroll, onboarding, and benefits management
