Key Responsibilities
Drive positive customer experiences by crafting social engagements that align with brand voice and increase customer satisfaction

Provide community management in both English and Brazilian Portuguese, ensuring culturally relevant responses
Required Qualifications
Native or near-native fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and proficiency in English
1-3 years of experience in social community management or related fields
Familiarity with major social media platforms and brand communication norms
High school diploma required; experience with social media management tools is desirable
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
