Overview

Saenz-Garcia Law, PLLC is seeking an experienced Immigration Consult Attorney to join our team on a full-time basis, specifically to conduct legal consultations with clients. As our Immigration Attorney focusing on legal consultations, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and guidance to clients regarding their immigration matters.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal consultations with clients to assess their immigration needs, gather relevant information, and provide tailored advice based on current immigration laws and regulations.
• Explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner to clients with varying levels of legal knowledge.
• Analyze clients' immigration options, identifying potential risks and developing strategies to achieve their desired outcomes.
• Assist and guide clients through the application and documentation process for deportation proceedings, asylum, visas, green cards, naturalization, and other immigration-related matters.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, regulations, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to resolve complex cases.
• Keep detailed records of all client consultations and outcomes for proper case management and future reference.
• Be comfortable conducting consultations virtually (telephone / video calls).
