As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to maintain order within the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or unusual occurrences within the financial institution environment. Communicate and collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and on-site staff to support a secure environment. Document all incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by site-specific protocols. Minimum Requirements : Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
