Here's what you can expect as a Director of Clinical Operations at DaVita :

This position functions as the division's clinical lead responsible for quality, education, and nursing services across the Greater Milwaukee Market including Madison, Milwaukee, up to Green Bay, WI.

As the Director of Clinical Operations you are responsible for the overall management of the division's clinical services team which includes supervising clinical services teammates within the assigned division - hiring, promotion, discipline, professional development, and discharge of teammates with approval from the DVP and People Services Manager as needed.

This person is responsible for the implementation of programs to improve patient quality outcomes by providing training, education, project management and support for the clinical teammates within the division.

LOCATION : Milwaukee or Madison, WI, Northern IL okay

This is a remote role, requiring candidates to be based in the Milwaukee or Madison, WI area. This person will be traveling regularly within the Division, as well as up to 25% for Divisional and Corporate meetings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive.

• Develop clinical strategy to align operations and clinical services to deliver top in class clinical outcomes
• Participate as a member of the Divisions Operations Core Team Meetings in development of strategic direction for division and ensure the development of outcome programs to support the direction
• Build cross-functional teams to deliver the needs of the clinical strategy
• Participate in the divisional operations review process and provide reports with analysis as requested
• Participate in divisional Continuous Quality Improvement activities
• Monitor implementation of and report on company initiatives
• Identify issues that require the establishment of clinical Policies and Procedures or recommend modification to existing policies and procedures
• Monitor and report on AOR investigation processes within the division
• Allocate resources according to divisional priorities
