A company is looking for a Vice President of Collections to lead and oversee call center operations related to collections.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage call center operations and staff for Collections across multiple locations
Implement strategies to improve customer experience and performance metrics
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and act as the escalation point for complex issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field preferred
7+ years of leadership experience in call center management
10+ years of experience in mortgage servicing or financial services, specifically in Collections and Customer Service
Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws and regulations related to mortgage and consumer lending
Proven leadership and management skills in a fast-paced environment
