Be the clinical quarterback who keeps every visit on-time, on-brand, and on-point. Youll prep charts, room patients, draw blood, run 12-lead EKGs, and make sure labs, scripts, and follow-ups land exactly where they should. Core Responsibilities
Visit Prep & Flow pull charts, verify orders, stage rooms / equipment, manage supply inventoryClinical Skills vitals, phlebotomy, 12-lead EKG, injections, CLIA-waived testsPatient Experience front-line education, concierge-level service, rapid problem-solvingData & Docs update NextGen EMR, track labs, call in prescriptions, chase authorizationsCompliance & Quality sterilize instruments, uphold OSHA / DOH standards, flag critical resultsTeam Culture mentor new CMAs, pitch process-improvement ideas, support multi-site projectsQualifications
Active CMA or RMA with proven phlebotomy & EKG skills1+ year outpatient experience; NextGen a plusPolished communication, laser-sharp attention to detail, and ability to lift 30 lbs
