Exception Desk Analyst

A company is looking for an Exception Desk Analyst to manage guideline exception requests and support various teams within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Review and disposition guideline exception requests

Track and communicate exception disposition terms accurately within Encompass

Collaborate with teams to ensure adherence to service level agreements and document policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferred

Minimum of five years' work experience in the mortgage industry or a related field

Experience with Non-QM mortgages, preferred

Encompass software experience, preferred
