Overview

Responsibilities
- Understand timing standards for all menu items and demonstrate recipe knowledge.
- Maintain production timing and follow plating and garnish guidelines.
- Follow ServSafe guidelines and demonstrate safe food handling and proper storage at all times.
- Use proper measuring and portion devices; apply FIFO and rotate stock appropriately; assist with line production keys.
- Demonstrate proper knife handling and cutting techniques; use thermometers correctly; respond to chef and team members via the call system.
- Follow prep and par lists to keep product fresh and ensure proper quantities for the shift.
Hours
Varied, averaging 35 hours per week. Must be able to work a variety of hours depending on business need and seasonality (mostly days and swing shifts).
