What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and / or potential threats.

Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and staff while maintaining a professional presence at all times.

Document observations, incidents, and / or activities as required by site-specific protocols and Allied Universal procedures.

Remain alert to changes in the environment and report any unusual conditions or activities to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements :

Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.

Be at least 21 years of age.

CPR certification is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
