Your Role :
The Executive Administrative Assistant (EA) of Global Strategic Insights (GSI) reports to the SVP of GSI and supports a range of team members across diverse levels and roles. In addition to day-to-day activities such as calendar management, travel planning, and expense management, they also partner with the head of GSI to plan and manage team meetings, execute day to day operations, and manage GSI document platform.
Your role has two core areas of accountability :
General administrative support for 20+ person US-based team with levels from Senior Manager up through VP
Travel and hotel coordination with ATG for GSI LT (4 US members) ensuring bookings are compliant
Expense management and Concur reconciliation for US LT and ELT (7 members)
Find cost effective solutions while maintaining high standards for travel and events for the entire GSI team
Manage travel, expenses, meeting planning and invoicing for team events
Assist in agenda creation, coordinate internal and external speakers, partner with IT for technical event needs, and plan offsite activities
Calendar management including recurring and ad-hoc meetings, cross-functional workshops, and events
Support US Oncology GSI team (3-4 members) with Management of SOWs, Opening of POs through Ledox system, Ariba system, and SAP, coordinating with vendors and EMD business owners.
Support Visa applications
Works with IT and facilities to set up new employees
Work in our Boston Seaport office 3 days per week

Pay Range for this position : $40.00-$63.00 per hour
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
