Job Summary

We are seeking a certified Workday Systems Administrator to lead the technical configuration, implementation, and post-go-live administration of our new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system—Workday. This role reports directly to the Director of Application Support and serves as the primary technical subject matter expert within the MIS department.

This individual will work closely with stakeholders during implementation, primarily the Director of Application Support, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, and Chief Technology / Administrative Officer, ensuring all Workday modules are effectively deployed and optimized. After implementation, the Workday Systems Administrator will provide ongoing support, system enhancements, troubleshooting, training, and integration oversight to ensure seamless operation of Workday across the organization.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical configuration, implementation, and post-go-live administration of Workday.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all Workday modules are effectively deployed and optimized.
• Provide ongoing support, system enhancements, troubleshooting, training, and integration oversight to ensure seamless operation of Workday across the organization.
• Maintain documentation, security roles, and data integrity across Workday modules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align Workday with business processes and reporting needs.
