Direct Counsel is representing an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Securities Litigation Associate with 4+ years of experience to join its elite Securities Litigation and White Collar practice . This is a unique opportunity to litigate high-stakes matters for some of the world's most innovative technology and life sciences companies.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in securities litigation , regulatory investigations, or white-collar defense
• Experience with matters such as :
• Securities class actions, derivative suits, or merger litigation
• DOJ / SEC investigations or regulatory enforcement
• Internal investigations and compliance issues (e.g., FCPA, whistleblower claims)
• Strong oral and written advocacy skills
• Superior academic credentials
• Admission to the Bar (or eligibility) in the state where the candidate will practice

Base Salary Range : $310,000 - $445,000 (commensurate with experience, location, and qualifications)
