Collections and Billing Analyst

A company is looking for a Collections and Billing Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to customers regarding past-due payments

Manage billing requirements according to customer contracts

Collaborate with teams to research and resolve customer inquiries

Required Qualifications

BA / BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience

2+ years of collection experience

Proficient with Microsoft Excel

SaaS / software / technology experience preferred

Experience with Workday and Salesforce.com preferred
