Position Details :

• Full-time OB / GYN Openings in California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington
• Patient care that is compassionate, appropriate and effective for the treatment of health problems and the promotion of health
• Professionalism, as manifested through a commitment to carrying out professional responsibilities, adherence to ethical principles, and sensitivity to a diverse patient population
• Systems-based practice, as manifested by actions that demonstrate an awareness of and responsiveness to the larger context and system of health care and the ability to effectively call on system resources to provide care that is of optimal value
• Maintain regular office hours during the week, and take primary and back-up calls to support the practice (including weekends and holidays)
• Attend scheduled departmental and other mandatory meetings and participate on assigned committees
• Assist with departmental recruitment efforts
• Demonstrate community involvement to promote department, Southwest Medical and Optum

The salary range for these residents is $318,275 to $472,626. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
