Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs guide all priorities and decisions
Execute monthly reporting on KPIs and customer expectations to maintain healthy relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to drive portfolio application growth and enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
BS / BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience
2-3+ years of experience in automotive digital advertising account management
Demonstrated understanding of dealership operations and digital marketing strategies
Google certifications (Ads, Analytics, etc.) are preferred
Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office, with knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website analytics tools
