Clinical Lab Scientist
Vitalant is hiring entry-level and experienced Medical Lab Scientists (CLS - licensed in CA required) to bring skilled technical support to our manufacturing lab.
Whether you are a recent graduate or an experienced Clinical Laboratory Scientist, we have a position tailored to your skill level and experience.

What to Expect
Schedule : 4 days a week, including weekends, starting at 6 : 00am.
Work Location : San Luis Obispo, CA

To thrive in this role, you must be able to :
- Perform high complexity testing in immunohematology, including antibody identification, antigen typing, absorptions, elution, and cross match.
- Provide technical support to hospital transfusion services.
- Review and report test results, participate in investigative studies, participate in quality control, preventative maintenance, and validations.
- Be patient and detailed.
