Days / Hours / Schedule : (Monday through Friday) 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
Position Summary : The Fortune Society is seeking to fill the position of Contract Manager, under the supervision of the Associate Vice President of Programs (AVP).
The Contract Manager will be responsible for supporting the AVP with management of contracts within the Education & Employment programs (EES).
The Contract Manager will be responsible for keeping track of all contractual deadlines and working with the team to ensure deliverables are met, and developing an infrastructure that allows for reporting information (e.
g. critical indicators, funder reports, invoices) to be completed and submitted in a timely manner.

- In collaboration with the EES leadership team, support with overseeing and managing contracts;
- Ensure that all contract obligations are being met, facilitate contract meetings;
- Create workscope trackers to share with unit managers to ensure all deliverables are being met;
- Support with ensuring EES units fulfill contractual obligations; assess and address any possible concerns with contractual obligations;
- Support with developing and implementing systems to manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), trends, metrics, deliverables and corrective action plans for performance enhancements;
- Support with Data Analysis alongside data, EQI and IT team;
- Serve as CaseWorthy point person to support with the data system needs;
- Support with reviewing and revising Memorandum of Understandings (MOUs) and linkage agreements; ensure all linkage agreements are renewed in a timely manner, make appropriate edits, and file to binder and electronic filing system;
- manage renewal tracker;
- Assist with completing and submitting reports in a timely manner; along with Billing associated with contracts; Manage reporting requirement and responsibilities template, follow up with owners when necessary, revise owner spreadsheets when staff changes occur.
- Review Daily Tracking Reports (DTR) to create real-time - weekly, monthly and annual statistical performance outcomes and narratives, ensuring results align with contractual obligations;
- Effectively communicate information regarding contracts-to include areas of development;
- Monitor contracts closely to communicate close-outs (end of contracts), request for extensions and / or renewals;
- Manage timelines of responsible parties to ensure all reporting data, information, reports are completed on time;
- Support with solving problems relative to contracts; work with EQI & Data Analysis team, speak to contract information, to include statistical data, etc.
- Support with developing and implementing Processes and Procedures; Create systems to support with managing multiple contracts and reports;
- Work in collaboration with EQI team to support with enhancing workflows in accordance with contracts, and developing implementation guides for program startups;
- Serve as back-up / support to EES Data Analyst;
- In consultation with the AVP, coordinate bi-monthly Grants Management Meetings;
- Other duties as assigned;
Qualifications
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma / GED certification required; Some college required;
- Some knowledge of managing contracts supporting deliverables / outcomes;
- Exceptional attention to detail and talent for accuracy and precision;
- Adequate computer skills; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Ability to be flexible - Days / Hours subject to change in accordance with program needs;
- Must be highly motivated, effective communication - have excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish a plus;
Travel Requirements :
- Required to travel to other Fortune Society offices.
- May be required to travel to offices for meetings and / or trainings.
Physical Demands :
- Ability to walk, sit, and stand for extended period of time.
- Operate technology (computer / laptop) for extended period of time.
