Key Responsibilities
Designs call monitoring formats and quality standards
Performs call monitoring and provides trending data to management
Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management review
Required Qualifications
2+ years of call center experience preferred
Bachelor's degree is a plus
Fluency in Spanish is required
Proficiency with Google suite of products
Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively
