Overview

The New York City office is seeking a dynamic Special Counsel to join our elite Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. There is a clear path towards Partner for the candidate and the practice has been growing through 2025.

Responsibilities

• You will get to work on some leading deals in the mid-market space with some strong senior Partners within the team.
• Lead a team throughout a transaction with demonstrable experience across M&A, preferably within private transactions.
