Business Analyst - Renovations Plus

Job Title

Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for internal customers. Ensure business solutions align with requirements and strategic goals. Assist in defining and planning departmental project roadmaps. Partner with clients and manage prioritization and delivery of services for an application module or subject area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience tangential to product merchandising and / or program development such as assortment optimization, inventory planning, and customer experience improvement.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other company functional departments to implement and review strategies related to RenovationsPlus program development.
• Excellent communication and organization skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
