What You'll Do : Provide personalized attention and bring smiles to the faces of older adults as you promote a joyful, fun, and engaging experienceFacilitate balanced programs for all residents by taking individual needs into account, assuring customer satisfaction, and enriching the lives of the residents.

What You'll Need :

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED

1-2 years of experience in an activity / programming-related position in a senior living environment
