We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Facility Operations Supervisor to lead our production floor operations. This role is responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes, supervising employees, and ensuring adherence to customer specifications, quality standards, safety protocols, and company policies. The ideal candidate will manage one or more product lines or operational areas with a focus on efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
️ Key Responsibilities
Lead and optimize production processes to enhance productivity while maintaining high standards of quality and resource efficiency.
Monitor operating results to ensure timely shipments aligned with customer specifications and production schedules.
Supervise and support production staff, ensuring cost-effective, safe, and methodical daily operations.
Manage electronic reporting systems for order write-ups and streamline production recordkeeping.
Collaborate with management to procure, maintain, and repair production equipment.
Schedule and coordinate workflow to meet production deadlines.
Train team members on proper equipment usage and safety procedures.
Administer employee evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
Enforce company policies and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, across all organizational levels.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Familiarity with company policies and operational procedures.
