Mechanical Technician

• ???? Schedule : Full-time | Must be available for various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Join our team as Mechanical Technician!

Are you a skilled mechanical troubleshooter with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? Do you have experience repairing complex machinery in a heavy industrial setting? If so, we want YOU on our team!

What You'll Do :

✅ Perform comprehensive preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, calibration, and scheduled overhauls.

✅ Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems using diagnostic tools like oscilloscopes, PLC analyzers, thermal imaging, and ultrasonic detectors.

✅ Rebuild and refurbish components including bearings, gears, motors, pumps, rollers, spindles, drives, couplings, and hydraulic actuators.

✅Maintain accurate maintenance records including work orders, PM logs, and RCA documentation.

✅Collaborate with engineering, operations, and planning teams to streamline maintenance processes and improve equipment reliability.

✅ Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term corrective actions.

✅ Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.

✅ Mentor and train junior maintenance staff as needed.

W hat We're Looking For :

Expert knowledge in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals

Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies and tools.

Welding, machining, or electrical certification

Strong communication skills and team-focused mindset
