Key Responsibilities
Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls while providing accurate information to patients and healthcare providers
Assist callers with program information and document calls thoroughly, ensuring appropriate follow-up
Adhere to company policies and procedures while multitasking across several internal systems
Required Qualifications
1+ years of recent call center experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer proficiency, including typing and data entry
Quiet, dedicated workstation and high-speed internet access
Experience in healthcare or customer service in medical settings is a plus
