POSITION TITLE : Staff Accountant - Treasury (Non - LO - No Consumer Contact)

JOB STATUS : Full Time / Salary

REPORTS TO : Accounting Manager I- GL

TRAVEL REQUIRED : As Needed

WORK SCHEDULE : Hybrid

Pay : The expected hiring range for this position is from $57,820 to $72,275 plus additional bonus opportunity. The stated hiring range is based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Final compensation decisions will take into account a variety of considerations, including individual skills, internal equity, and organizational needs.

POSITION SUMMARY :

The Staff Accountant - GL position exists to complete general ledger entries and detailed account analysis. Individual will be involved with process improvements, various reconciliations, allocations, and accruals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Assists with all accounting related to the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process including financials, related financial analysis and reporting schedules.
• Conducts expense reporting, portfolio analysis, and account reconciliation.
• Tracks servicing / origination costs, portfolio and MBU reporting and analysis, and account reconciliation.
• Develops queries, manipulating data to necessary format, improving processes, as well as taking on special projects to meet the needs of senior management.
• Maintain various accounting projects while continuing regular duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
