As our Area Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our success, serving as an inspirational leader and meticulous service steward :

• Superstar Supervision : You'll hire, train, supervise, and coach your direct reports (including service coordinators / supervisors) to maximize engagement and achieve incredible results.
• Quality & Compliance Champion : You'll maintain oversight for contracted care programs, monitoring services and regulatory compliance to ensure consistent, quality care standards are met. You'll conduct regular audits and approve documentation.
• Relationship Master : You'll cultivate, build, and maintain positive relationships with clients, contracted direct care workers, family members, and key stakeholders. Plus, you'll manage critical relationships with Managed Care Plans, Case Managers, and community partners.
• Growth Accelerator : Be the face of Mosaic! Develop and maintain community networking to enhance business growth and better serve people. You'll foster activities that lead to agency growth and the improvement of services.
