Global Compensation Lead

Overview

The Global Compensation Lead will effectively lead and oversee a team of compensation professionals. This role plays a critical part in managing and enhancing global compensation programs to attract, retain, and reward top talent. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in compensation practices with strong leadership and collaboration skills to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and market competitiveness.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership and Task Management

Supervise, coach, and assist in developing a team of compensation professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Oversee the administration of salary structures, incentive plans, and other compensation programs across multiple regions and countries.

Evaluate job descriptions based on external and internal data; make recommendations on FLSA exemption classifications and appropriate salary ranges. Edit job descriptions to accurately describe job content, utilizing specialized, relational database job description software and partnership with those who know the duties of the role.

Work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure compensation alignment with business goals.

Identify opportunities to enhance compensation tools, systems, and processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
