As the Unit Sourcing Manager for our Load & Haul Sourcing team, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing sourcing strategies for our Production Units. This is an opportunity to cultivate supplier partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive global business success. What You'll Do (and Why It's Important)

In this dynamic role, you'll oversee procurement efforts within your assigned Production Unit, ensuring strategies align with both operational and strategic goals. Here's a snapshot of your key responsibilities :

• Leadership & Governance : Lead procurement efforts within a Production Unit, ensuring both short-term and long-term strategic alignment. Drive operational excellence, sourcing efficiency, and the timely execution of initiatives.
• Collaborative Strategy : Work closely with global sourcing managers and internal teams (engineering, production, quality) to create and execute sourcing strategies that drive the division's growth.
• Supplier Relationships : Build and sustain strong partnerships with key suppliers. Act as a proactive problem solver for supplier-related challenges, ensuring effective issue resolution.
• Project Management : Lead sourcing projects that foster cost optimization, operational efficiencies, and value. Ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget, ensuring measurable impact on sourcing goals.
• Continuous Improvement : Collaborate with fellow Unit Sourcing Managers to identify best practices, streamline processes, and enhance sourcing performance across the division.
