ProgramandtroubleshootAllen - BradleyPLCs(RSLogix5000 / Studio5000)andHMIstosupportproductionlineautomation. ConfigureanddeployCognexvisionsystemsfordefectdetection,labelverification,andorientationcontrol. Design,implement,andmaintainconveyorsystemsforefficientproductflowandlinebalancing. Collaboratewithproduction,quality,andmaintenanceteamstoimplementautomationsolutionsthatmeetconsumergoodsstand

Requirements :
- Bachelor’ sdegreeinelectricalengineering,mechatronics,automation,orrelatedfield(orequivalentexperience).
- 3+yearsofexperienceinautomationwithinaconsumergoodsorhigh - volumemanufacturingenvironment.
- KnowledgeofleanmanufacturingandSixSigmaprinciples.
- KnowledgeofSCADAsystemsandMESintegration.
- Knowledgeofsafetystandardsforroboticandautomatedsystems.
- Abilitytointerpretelectricalschematicsandmechanicaldrawings.
- Knowledgeofconveyorsystems,includingdesign,controlsintegration,andtroubleshooting.
- SkilledinFanucrobotprogramming,includingTPandRoboguide.
- StrongknowledgeofAllen - BradleyPLCs,HMIs,andindustrialnetworking.
- SkilledwithCognexvisionsystems(InsightExplorer,VisionPro).
