We are adding a Credit Assistant to join our team. This role is located at 7595 Technology Way Denver, CO 80237 and is considered a hybrid role once the person is fully trained. Come work with us!

Under direct supervision, the Credit Assistant will provide support to the credit department by performing the following duties :

• Keeps record of credit transactions, deposits and payments. Processes payments on accounts.
• Performs account reconciliation by utilizing accounting reports and customer remittances.
• Support credit team with new customer application processing. Contact credit bureaus and trade references to complete credit files.
• Take incoming calls and assist customers with questions / concerns. Email invoices or statements per request.
• Determine correct tax rate on new job submittals & release new job entries.
• Set up new customer accounts in ERP system.
• Notary designation preferred or obtain within 90 days. (BFS pays for training and testing)
• Any other duties to aid and support the Credit Team.
