What You'll Do
Portfolio Ownership & Customer Engagement
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable for assigned customer portfolios
- Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
- Champion customer satisfaction while protecting company interests
Credit & Collections Excellence
Proactively contact customers via phone and email to collect paymentsSend statements, reminders, and invoicesProcess credit card transactions and monitor auto-pay activityReview and approve credit applications and limitsRelease sales orders from credit holdDispute Resolution & Reconciliation
Investigate and resolve account discrepanciesHandle disputes with professionalism and empathyMaintain accurate logs of all collection activitiesProcess Optimization
Drive continuous improvement through time management and process enhancementsCollaborate across departments to streamline Order-to-Cash workflowsWhat You Bring
Skill Area Requirements
Experience : 3+ years in credit & collections or customer service with increasing responsibilityIndustry Exposure : Experience in a publicly traded company with significant end-user salesTechnical Tools : Salesforce, GetPaid, Oracle, NetSuiteLanguages : Spanish fluency required for 1 of 3 positionsSoftware Proficiency : Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets / Docs / SlidesEducation : Bachelor's degree preferredCore Strengths : Strong analytical, math, and account reconciliation skillsWhy Join Us?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
