Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily pricing, margin management, and rate sheet distribution to align with market movements
Manage lock desk operations, ensuring accurate pricing and adherence to guidelines
Develop and enhance mortgage product offerings in collaboration with sales, operations, and compliance
Qualifications
7+ years of mortgage industry experience with a focus on Secondary Marketing or Capital Markets
Minimum of 4-5 direct reports within the last two years
Deep understanding of pipeline management, hedging, and investor delivery
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Expertise with Optimal Blue (or similar PPE) and LOS systems such as Encompass
