Key Responsibilities
Lead the entire product development process from ideation to post-launch analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user experience is prioritized and deliverables are met
Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions and validate design choices
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in product management, growth, or marketing with P&L responsibility
Proven success in improving retention, engagement, or revenue in a B2C or marketplace context
Experience with both qualitative research methods and quantitative analysis tools
Strong track record of creating effective product documentation and launch plans
Demonstrated leadership of cross-disciplinary teams under tight deadlines
