A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and execution of revenue operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
Oversee tools and processes for revenue reporting, forecasting, and analytics to achieve high accuracy
Enhance go-to-market strategies and collaborate with sales leadership on incentive plans and territory design
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with 3-5 years in a dedicated RevOps role
Experience in healthtech, EMR, or RCM is a significant plus
Proven track record of leading RevOps functions in high-growth SaaS businesses
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus
Salesforce certifications preferred
