Location : Various onsite (within the ACNB footprint)

Support the Heart of our Commercial Lending Team

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a knack for managing loan documentation and supporting lenders? Do you thrive in a role where accuracy, follow-through, and customer service make a real impact on the success of commercial lending?

As a Commercial Loan Assistant , at ACNB Bank, you’ll work directly with our Commercial Lenders, Specialists, and Credit Administration team to prepare, process, and assemble the documentation that powers our business lending. This is an ideal role for someone who has worked in commercial loan servicing or documentation and is looking to take the next step in their career—gaining exposure to all aspects of commercial lending in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

What Sets You Up for Success

• Commercial loan knowledge — at least 3+ years of experience supporting commercial loan products, policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Administrative and organizational skills — demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Customer service and collaboration — experience working closely with lenders, attorneys, settlement agents, and insurance companies to facilitate loan closings.
• Technical proficiency — ability to prepare commitment letters, loan write-ups, and assemble loan packages accurately and efficiently. Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)!
• Education — a high school diploma is required, and additional education (business emphasis) is preferred.
• A valid driver's license
