Our esteemed financial banking client is seeking an experienced professional to lead their loan operations team as a Commercial Loan Documentation Manager. This individual will play a critical role in overseeing document review and ensuring accuracy across the bank's commercial lending portfolio.
Key Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in loan servicing / operations and 2+ years in management
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and project management skills
- Ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and professionalism
- Knowledge of real estate and / or banking law (ideal)
- High initiative, accountability, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and mentor a loan operations teamReview and oversee the preparation of commercial loan documentsEnsure compliance with internal standards and applicable regulationsCollaborate with internal departments and external partners to support smooth loan processingDrive efficiency and accuracy within document management workflowsThis is an in-office role, five days a week , where you will have the opportunity to directly impact our lending operations.
